Why DEPENDS is the useful one

ALWAYS and NEVER are easy to write and boring to read. Almost every real question a person has about an awazon market url falls into DEPENDS. How long will my deposit take. Is the site broken or is it me. Will I win this dispute. Should I trust a vendor who joined last month.
